I am just back from the Legion of Mary Youth Conference Mass and brief discussion after lunch. It was wonderful to see so many young people and most especially so many young men. His Excellency the Papal Nuncio Archbishop Charles Brown was the principal celebrant at the Holy Mass. Fr. John Harris O.P. gave the homily and as always he was very uplifting. I went to the Mass not as a youth but as someone who has been involved with the Legion for a number of years and it was a joy to meet so many old faces and young ones too.
The important thing in our Christian life is to develop a stronger prayer life and grow in our relationship with Jesus and also His Mother Mary. It is through Mary that we can come to know Jesus better.
